Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm has positions available for a limited-term, full-time engineering intern to work on aviation projects starting May/June 2024 and ending in August/September 2024. A valid driver's license and some overnight travel will be required.
The intern will be responsible for assisting engineers, design technicians, and surveyors with civil engineering projects with the following:
- Design calculations, quantities, and cost estimates.
- Performing field inspection, documentation, and survey work
- Program administration
- Technical research and writing
Successful candidates must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
- Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Civil3D software
- Construction Field Experience
- Relative coursework
