Work model: On-Site

Schedule: Full-time; Monday- Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Sales Incentive Analyst in Green Bay to support, create, administer, and maintain sales incentive plans, data, and reporting specific to Inside Sales, Brokerage, and other Schneider Transportation Management incentivized jobs. You will be responsible for ensuring data and system accuracy, plan design adherence, and accurate timely payment of incentives.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete end of month/quarter incentive close to include reconciling, analysis, auditing, and making applicable adjustments.
  • Manage payout files, working collaboratively with leaders for review and approval.
  • Provide sales incentive modeling and analysis for design review and application.
  • Research, monitor, and analyze data to produce business insights and action recommendations.
  • Be the subject matter for Leaders by coaching and educating on incentive discrepancies, trending, plan language, etc.
  • Develop various decision support tools, processes, and reports that provide solutions which enhances division or department understanding of cost drivers and revenue potential.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work with confidential data and keep confidences
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.
